That's for sure! I was teaching her "tidy up." I put her brushes and an empty bucket on the ground and she was to pick up the brushes and put them in the bucket. Well, she got it very well that she was supposed to pick up the brush and then touch her nose to the bucket, and we were up to a point where maybe about every fourth or fifth try it would go in. So I started holding out with the treat for only when it went in. Hahaha! She picked up the bucket, dumped it out, and brought it over and put it in my hand. It was her way of saying "YOU tidy up, you're the one that made the mess!"

Anyway, I laughed so hard, and my laughter is her favourite reward, so for a couple of months after that whenever she got a chance she would dump out her grooming tote and hand it to me.

No sorry, I don't have pictures. Have you not seen it yet?

I went straight home from that show and tried to do things with Amber at liberty. Hahaha she will do stuff with me for a few minutes and then she says "This is boring Mom, I'm going to eat some grass. See ya!"

I was looking at the promotional vids, and wow!!!
How incredible. The training must be so intense, and yes all about trust to be sure! Do you have pics, Jenny?? I'd LOVE to see them!
I hope they come to Toronto again...

Has anyone seen the star trek movie yet? You can't beieve how GREAT it is! I saw it yesterday and have to go see it again! (Yes, I am a bit nuts!)

I went when it was in Toronto last year or the year before. ... Hey, did you know they laid those horses up for a month at Hendervale? And the star handler looks after them himself (with help of course) every day. Of course he does, they couldn't have a relationship like that if he didn't! Apparently he's a really nice guy, too. Again of course, the horses wouldn't like and trust him that much if he wasn't.
