Falling off horses when on warfarin, even when it's not really their fault is not good. Didn't hit my head (had a helmut on as always), but definitely feel a bit weird this morning.
Cindy- I think it's great! Get it done, and get back on your feet and be ready to rock and roll when you're allll better! Its good news!
My daughter and I had a great hour and a half ride in the forest this morning on my 5 and 7 yr old homebred siblings. Just lovely!
Well here I am 3 wks out of 6 wks into recovery and doctor calls to tell me I am to go for a consult for hip surgery at the end of the month (Jan.) Yippee!!!! or on second thought maybe not, this surgery could mess up my riding year. This say there can be a long waiting list around here (Kitimat) so I guess I`ll have to wait and see :-)
cool Cheryl! I drove through Peterborough last Oct on my way to visit my mother in Belleville. Where do you ride? Western or english?
Now that all the festive excitement is over, it's time for me to get back on track. I will be starting with my new riding coach in a few weeks. And I'm also starting my next book. For any of you who have ridden in Ganaraska Park near Peterborough, you will love my next book. It will be a thriller based in that area.
Merry Christmas to all you wonderful over 50 Barnmicers!
