I LOVE riding boots! There are boots for every occasion! Showing, casual schooling, and hacking. Multiply that by two if you event or crosstrain. One needs a wide variety! THEN, what about colour??

Too true - I have 14 saddle pads for 2 horses. Although I have to admit, I also have 7 pairs of riding breeches, and 4 pairs of riding boots. I remember the day I walked into a great tack shop, looked around and said, OMG, I don't need a single thing. That's when you know you have overshopped!

Absolutely rings true for me. No hesitation to spend money on my horse - way more when it comes to myself!

One can never have too much tack for our 4 legged kids!! I'd rather shop for them than myself. Does this ring true for most of you ladies!!

The day I can no longer ride and teach is the day they can lay me to rest. There would be no better way to go than to be riding down the trail and just leave this world.

Brenda: Do you seize up immediately afterward? That's how I imagine it would be. What about Yoga? .. even though it HURTS! I am a wimp, and don't want to get into a masochist yoga regime unless it really DOES WORK!!

I hear you, Debbie, re dressage pads. I love them! And there is nothing nicer than a fresh, clean pad on a dressage horse! FRESH+CLEAN=NEW No way around it!

I love saddles. I love to buy them and repair them. At one time, I had 22 extra western saddles and was only using my old roper. It is a sickness. I also love, and I do mean love the old parade saddles. Way too cool.

My fetish is saddle pads. I never need to wash any because I have so many that I never make it through the clean ones! Every time I see a dressage pad on Ebay, I have to bid on it! It truly is a sickness :(
